Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards have amicably settled most of their differences.

Lance Spiegel, an attorney for Sheen, said on Monday that issues connected with their divorce proceedings were resolved after a closed-door session between lawyers for both sides and Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Marjorie Steinberg, who has presided over the case.

It sounds as if Richards dropped the restraining order, but Sheen still gets the shaft.

After what Richards accomplished with the marriage of her close friend, Heather Locklear, I’m finding it difficult to believe Richards to be anything shy of a master manipulating attention whore.

David Spade reportedly wants to get hitched to Heather Locklear.

“I’m so in love it’s ridiculous,” Spade told a “friend,” according to Life & Style weekly. “Never in my life did I think I’d be with someone so gorgeous and successful. She knows I’m going to ask. It’s all about timing.”

Spade’s rep issued a “no comment,” but the mag reports that the “Just Shoot Me” star plans to pop the question this summer.

What’s not to love about David Spade?  Heather’d be fool not to hitch up with this funny man – I just hope she’s had enough of the whole “badboy – player” type such as her ex – Richie Sambora and ready to settle down with the one who may just be faithful and in for the long haul.

Can you even imagine life with someone like David Spade?  What fun he’d be!

Reports had been circulated that Heather Locklear and David Spade had split, but according to these photos taken recently, I’d say that’s just not true!

Heather looks great in her all white casual attire, but poor David looks like he needs to spend more days playing on the beach.  Perhaps a jog or two might help.

Heather has been dating Spade since April shortly after her split from rocker husband Richie Sambora.  According to sources, Heather attributes her split to former best friend Denise Richards ex-wife to actor Charlie Sheen.

What a wicked web, eh?

It’s downright childish. But is it true? Did Heather Locklear and a pal recently park outside Denise Richards’s Westlake Village house and blast Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer”?

Locklear stopped speaking to Richards after finding out that she is dating Locklear’s estranged husband, Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora. But as PEOPLE reports in its new issue, a Locklear pal denies she pulled any Hollywood-turned-high-school hijinks: “It 100 percent never, ever happened.”

Counters a Richards pal: “It is 100 percent true.” (Math, Hollywood style.)

I’d have to go with Locklear on this one.  I’d say Richards has done enough damage by pushing her pal toward the seperation only to move in on her man.  That’s about as high schoolish as they come.

On Friday, Richards filed a claim that her estranged husband, Charlie Sheen, had threatened to kill her. The actress also added several other claims that could ultimately prove very damaging to Sheen.

Richards originally filed for divorce in March of last year, when she was six months pregnant with the couple’s daughter Lola. The pair appeared to briefly reconcile after Lola’s birth in June, but on Jan. 4, they requested that their divorce proceed with a private arbitrator.

In February, Sambora – who’s the guitarist for Bon Jovi – split from Locklear, his wife of 11 years. The couple have an 8-year-old daughter, Ava.

Richards and Locklear are pals who grew even closer during Richards’s split from Sheen. Locklear, who starred with Sheen in Spin City, attended Richards’s baby shower before she gave birth to her daughter Lola – and helped take care of the baby after she was born.

I remember posting about Pamela Bach divorcing David Hasselhoff some time back, but apparently there are new papers that have been officially filed against Hasselhoff on the claim of domestic violence – and The Idiom has the scoop.  Sounds like the Baywatch hunk has a bit of a temper.

Seems it was a hot weekend for news on Celebrities doin’ hard time.  Staci had the goods on Brad Renfro and reports of his DUI that tossing him right into violation of probation and doin’ hard time – while Todd has the scoop on Linda Evan’s former boy toy, Yanni and his facing hard time for battery?  He must have his hands insured for a mint and was trying to cash in.

For those tracking the soon to be single life of Heather Locklear, you’ll have to wait just a bit longer.  According to E-Online – One week after her soon-to-be ex-husband, Richie Sambora filed court papers challenging the objectivity of the first judge assigned to handle their divorce case, Locklear has filed similar documents, alleging that the second judge assigned to the case is prejudiced against her.

There’s also a great deal of buzz going on about Lacey Chabert.  Could someone fill me in on who she is and why there’s so much talk about her?  All I’ve been able to find is that she got pregnant in a VW Jetta and is a spokesperson for them now?  Is that true?  I’m curious!

Patricia Heaton has already signed on for a new ABC sitcom and will be playing a widow who tries to get back in the game by joining the PTA – The TV Fodder has more details for all those Everybody Loves Raymond fans. 

Lastly, I’ve been searching for weeks it seems for information on Ace Young, Taylor Hicks, Elliott Yamin, Ace Young, Bucky Covington, Chris Daughtry – just what’s the scoop on these guys?  I thought I had heard that Bucky and Chris were married and I’ve heard Ace is playin’ for the other team (not that there’s anything wrong with that) – I’d just like to get the scoop on the love lives of this years American Idol men.

While we’re on the subject, who has the goods on the gals?  Paris Bennett, Lisa Tucker, Melissa McGhee, Katharine McPhee, Mandisa Hundley and of course my families favorite Kellie Pickler – are they single, married, engaged?

According to reports provided by People, Heather Locklear and rocker husband Richie Sambora had been working through a few marriage issues when Locklear discovered some naughty photos attached to a provocative email addressed to Sambora.

The subject in the photos was not revealed, however, it’s reported that it was a close friend of the couple and one that Locklear believes her husband may not have been romantically involved with, but there was obviously enough to invoke divorce proceedings.

This brings up a very common question amoung many couples – if it’s on the net, is it cheating?

Obviously Heather Locklear thinks so and frankly!
