Baby number two is on the way for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden so it was time to upgrade. Richie and Joel just paid $1.9 million for a new house in Hollywood Hills according to Starmagazine. The baby is due in August so not too far away, but enough time to prepare and move into a new place for a new start. I wonder just how big of an upgrade it is.

Balloons and equipment arrive at Christina Aguilera’s home in preparation for her son Max Liron Bratman’s first birthday. The theme of the party is "Where the Wild Things Are".

The pop singer threw little Max a birthday bash theme based on the classic children’s book at her Beverly Hills home – complete with entertainers dressed like storybook characters.
On the invitation list were celebrity couple Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, whose daughter Harlow celebrated her first birthday on the 11th.

Forty guests joined the backyard celebration which was decorated with blue, green and pink balloons.
