Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards have amicably settled most of their differences.
Lance Spiegel, an attorney for Sheen, said on Monday that issues connected with their divorce proceedings were resolved after a closed-door session between lawyers for both sides and Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Marjorie Steinberg, who has presided over the case.
It sounds as if Richards dropped the restraining order, but Sheen still gets the shaft.
After what Richards accomplished with the marriage of her close friend, Heather Locklear, I’m finding it difficult to believe Richards to be anything shy of a master manipulating attention whore.

Former Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro and his wife, Carmen Electra, have separated.
The couple has been married since November 2003 and starred in the MTV reality series “Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen + Dave,” which was based around their wedding ceremony.
A representative for Electra has confirmed, “They are amicably separating.”

Former Olympic gymnast Shannon Miller is divorcing her husband of seven years.     
Miller, 29, and Christopher B. Phillips, 33, married in a lavish ceremony that featured many of her teammates from the 1996 U.S. squad.
She filed for divorce in May 2004, but money disputes dragged the case out more than two years. The divorce is expected to become official in September in Oklahoma City.

“Melissa and Matt LeBlanc have decided to end their marriage of three years,” a statement on behalf of the couple reads. “The dissolution is amicable. They remain devoted parents and friends. For the sake of their family, they ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”
The “Joey” star, 38, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, citing “irreconcilable differences” to end his marriage with Melissa, 41, a former model. The couple separated in January.
