Well, it’s Simon’s time to be in the spotlight now and get some remarks on his own. I’m sure Cowell can get the ladies and use’s his name to his potential, but here he is caught blind-sided in the act!

Looks like a deer caught in headlights!! Cowell spotted partying at a VIP room. Who’s the girl? No idea. A mystery female who obviously is looking and acting quite comfortable around him. Funniest part about this picture is that the people in the background are taking no notice about what is going on. I guess they don’t care and see this stuff happen way too many times.

I wonder what he had to say to that papparazzi!

After all Jennifer Hudson has been through this year, she deserved a night to truly shine and that she did.

Jennifer delivered on one of the most difficult songs to sing – mostly because American’s tend to be a little sensitive when it comes to their anthem and patriotism.

Jennifer did a wonderful job – take a look for yourself. It’s not the best or clearest version, but you can hear just how beautiful she carried out the task.

I wonder if 2009 will be the year of love for Carrie Underwood? Poor girl – she seems to have had her run of bad luck when it comes to picking Mr. Right.

According to the Ottawa Citizen, Underwood, 25, has been romantically linked to Canadian-born hockey player Mike Fisher, 28, a 6′1" center for the NHL’s Ottawa Senators.

The romance apparently began after Fisher went backstage following a concert of Underwood’s March 21 at Scotiabank Place where she performed before 7,700 country fans. The couple hit it off, say observers, and then began dating a short time after their initial meeting.

That’s coming up on a year already – could be serious!

Fatback and Collards gives a pretty likely cause for the ultra strange behavior of Britney Spears lately expressing that what the pop star needs is a hefty dose of tough love.  I can’t say I disagree with them one bit!

Beyonce Knowles is being chastised by Anti-Smoking group and PETA – apparently she should have thought twice about posing as an old-fashioned smoker and scaring those poor gators.  On the upside, she doesn’t have Hep-A after all.

Former British pop star SINITTA has applied to adopt two British children after she lost twins through a surrogate mother.

The SO MACHO singer, whose ex-boyfriends include AMERICAN IDOL judge SIMON COWELL and BRAD PITT, is hoping to provide a home for a mixed-race young brother and sister with husband of four years ANDY WILLNER. She says, “There are literally hundreds of mixed-race babies in children’s homes but it’s difficult to find parents for them.”

Fox is developing a half-hour comedy revolving around “American Idol” finalist Kellie Pickler, says Variety.

Pickler will play a naive small-town Southern girl — a character based on herself — who discovers that her biological father is the state’s well-respected governor. His presidential dreams are put in jeopardy, but the two form a father-daughter relationship that winds up helping his standing in the polls.

Twentieth Century Fox TV is behind the project, along with Watson Pond and “Idol” producer 19 Entertainment. Watson Pond’s Brad Johnson and 19’s Simon Fuller and Malcolm Young will executive produce.

Chris Peterson and Bryan Moore (”That ’70s Show”) will write and create the project, which has landed a script order.

Being very in touch with my own Southern roots, I have been a fan of Kellie Pickler from day one.

Personally, I think taking her naive personality and mixing it with the writers of That 70’s Show will create an awesome mix.

What can I say, I’m addicted to That 70’s Show, still!
