Kevin McKidd and Family in Hawaii

Kevin McKidd, one of my favorite actors (though it’s for Rome and Journeyman as opposed to Grey’s Anatomy, which we don’t watch), took his family to Hawaii this week for a vacation.

The Scottish actor and his wife Jane Parker enjoyed the beaches and waves with their two kids Iona (7) and Joseph (9) during their November holiday. Kevin and Jane have been married since July 1999.

And fear not, fellow Rome fans — a Rome movie, which was only a rumor a few months ago, is apparently in the works! The HBO series was canned after only two short seasons. The original cast, including McKidd as Lucius Vorenus, are expected to return.

Kevin currently stars as Dr. Owen Hunt on Grey’s, and has several other projects in production, including “One Night in Emergency,” “Bunraku,” “Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief,” and “Catwalk.”
