Heidi Klum Changes Her Name

After four years of marriage, supermodel and mom of four Heidi Klum is making it really official, and is changing her name!
The day after a Victoria’s Secret fashion show in New York City last week, the German-born Heidi, who has been married to singer Seal since May 2005, legally changed her name last week to Heidi Samuels, taking Seal’s surname.
