Christina Aguilera’s Birthday Bash for Baby Max

Balloons and equipment arrive at Christina Aguilera’s home in preparation for her son Max Liron Bratman’s first birthday. The theme of the party is "Where the Wild Things Are".

The pop singer threw little Max a birthday bash theme based on the classic children’s book at her Beverly Hills home – complete with entertainers dressed like storybook characters.

On the invitation list were celebrity couple Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, whose daughter Harlow celebrated her first birthday on the 11th.

Forty guests joined the backyard celebration which was decorated with blue, green and pink balloons.

According to sources, party snacks included peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which, along with a host of other tot-friendly foods, were provided by LA caterers Along Came Mary.
