So many things have been going so well for Britney Spears this year, but her appearance wasn’t on that list when she was spotted leaving Sur restaurant in LA after dining with an unidentified handsome male friend. Britney wasn’t looking her best in her brown turtle neck and dull skin. I wonder if someone other than her tiny tots were around to tell her she looked hot or not?
