Salma Hayek Addicted to Breast-Feeding her 14-month-old daughter
November 11, 2008 by Gayla McCord
Salma Hayek is still breast-feeding her daughter, Valentina, whom she had with French businessman François-Henri Pinault in September 2007. Breast-feeding for an entire year. I have to wonder if that’s not one of the reasons the wedding was called off? Maybe ex-squeeze wanted a little more action than what the kiddo was getting.
Although, if I had a set like that and if breast-feeding were a key part in their very existence, I’d probably use a breast-pump until I was eighty.
Salma admits she’s like an alcoholic when it comes to breast-feeding. “It’s like, I don’t care if I cry, I don’t care if I’m fat, I’m just gonna do it for one more week, one more month, and then, when I see how much good it is doing her, I can’t stop. Eet’s a very powerful thing you know.”

what’s with still in italics? The american Academy of Pediatrics recommends breastfeeding for AT LEAST one year. The WHO recommends longer. Get your head out of your a*#.
I think it’s great she’s still nursing!! Good for Salma.
I think it is great she is still nursing her daughter, mine is 15 months old and I still do as well. I do not do it in public however as there really is no need to. I nurse my daughter before naps and bedtime! I plan to nurse until 2 if I can and that is what is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and other websites I have visited. They actually say the benefits of breastmilk increase after one and the kids are proven to have higher IQ’s and better behavior!
