Country singer Mindy McCready confirmed a long-term affair with famed pitcher Roger Clemens.

“I cannot refute anything in the story,” McCready told the Daily News, which broke the story at midnight Sunday. The News reported that the two met in a Florida karaoke bar when McCready was a 15-year-old aspiring singer and Clemens was a 28-year-old ace for the Red Sox and a married father of two.

It seems like Roger Clemens was batting a thousand – Sex, Drugs – what about Rock-n-Roll?

Methinks this makes that Clemens autographed ball worth less then the leather it’s printed on.

Sources say the pair held hands at the bash at Tenjune, which followed the movie’s premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.

This followed previous rumors of the pair looking cozy in Vegas on April 14.

When asked about a possible engagement, Cannon’s rep had no comment; Carey’s was unable to be reached for comment.

The honeymoon is over for Gary Coleman and his new bride of less than a year.

The 40-year-old actor and his 22-year-old wife, Shannon Price, are set to appear on TV’s Divorce Court on May 1 and 2. The couple wed in August after meeting on the set of the 2006 comedy Church Ball.

Among the problems the pair discusses with Judge Lynn Toler are Coleman’s anger and intimacy issues. Coleman and Price agree they have “ugly” monthly fights.

“If he doesn’t get his way, he throws a temper tantrum like a five-year-old does,” Price says, according to a transcript of the show provided to The Associated Press. “He like stomps the floor and yells, ‘Meehhhh,’ and starts throwing stuff around. He bashes his head in the wall, too.”

Three years of supporting Al Reynolds is enough for Star Jones who filed for divorce in Manhattan Wednesday.

Rumors have circulated by media speculating as to whether or not Reynolds was gay.  This caused a backlash over corporate sponsorships of their million-dollar wedding.

Jones once bragged that Reynolds had the “legs of of a stallion,” but the ex-banker apparently wasn’t enough of a workhorse for the ex-host of “The View.”

“Al was never there for Star,” a friend of hers said. “He hasn’t made any money in the last three years. He has been living off of her.”

David and Victoria Beckham are ready to expand their.

“We’re working on it,” the soccer star told Ellen DeGeneres – in an interview to air Thursday – when asked about Victoria’s prior statement she wanted to get pregnant after the Spice Girls tour ended in April.

“We’re very family oriented,” David said. “We always wanted a big family, which was weird because when we first got together we never even discussed how many children we wanted.”

“It’s worked out that we want a big family and we love kids so it’s worked out perfect,” he added.

I have to wonder if they won’t participate in gender selection of some sort to make sure they have a girl?

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reportedly spent $100,000 on the birthday bash thrown for Suri’s 2nd birthday. The cost included $17,000 for fresh flowers, which every two-year-old wants at their party, $45,000 on catering and $5,000 for cakes. But these weren’t just any cakes: Each guest received a personalized cake and Suri was treated to a four-tier cake covered in buttercream frosting, bumblebees and butterflies. Apart from the cakes, there was also $230 worth of Sprinkles cupcakes. 

The celebration continued into the evening when Tom and Katie invited their close friends.  The guest list included Eva Longoria Parker, David and Victoria Beckham, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, and Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy.

While Beyonce and Jay-Z have been keeping silent about whether or not a marriage took place, the paperwork is doing all the talking.  The couple filed their signed wedding license Friday in Scarsdale, N.Y., according to People Magazine.

Though sources confirmed the wedding to PEOPLE, the couple have remained silent about their nuptials. Shortly after the wedding, Beyonce was spotted with a ring while joining Jay-Z on tour, but neither of them have publicly stepped out with new jewelry.

Any idea as to why they would be keeping so quiet?  It’s not like the world doesn’t know already.
