The lady that’s sure to appear on many MILF lists, Ivana Trump is preparing to take her third trip down the aisle.

The 58-year-old grandmother and her 35-year-old boy toy, Rossano Rubicondi, announced Monday night that they’re officially engaged to be married.

Ivana and Rubicondi plan to wed April 12 at Mar-A-Lago, The Donald’s Palm Beach, Fla., estate.
