Larry Birkhead Won’t Share Custody

A former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith said Wednesday that he doesn’t intend to share custody of their baby daughter, but hopes he can avoid a major court battle over the issue.
Larry Birkhead, speaking a day after a court announced that DNA tests proved he was the father of the deceased model’s child, said he doesn’t want to go from one legal fight to another.
I honestly can’t say that I blame him. I think Larry Birkhead has the best intentions and agree wholeheartedly that anyone who has the best interest of that baby at heart should be welcome to visit — all others should stand clear.
In fact, I think the best that could possibly happen for that baby is to NOT inherit the money from the estate of J. Howard Marshall II.
