Hollywood’s Nastiest Divorce

Although Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin divorced in 2002, the pair continue to fuel one of the nastiest divorces with their latest hearing introduced a number of new motions regarding the custody of their daughter, Ireland.

In the newest reports of ETOnline, the last hearing occurred on October 31.

Kim arrived through the loading dock where she was able to avoid the media. Alec, did not attend and was not required to.

Alec is accusing Kim of having “untreated emotional problems.” And apparently Alec is urging Kim to attend ”alienation therapy,” which is therapy designed to help prevent one parent from alienating the child from the other parent.

Alec further accuses Kim of child snatching.

In a separate filing, Kim claims she feared for daughter Ireland’s safety when with her father. She also states that Alec calls her home incessantly and is abusive to those in her household.

A spokesperson for Basinger recently released the following statement to “The Insider”:

“Kim categorically denies all of Alec’s allegations. Everyone knows about Alec Baldwin’s behavioral problems — his anger — his rages — they are, unfortunately, legendary. If his relationship with his daughter is fractured, there is only one person to blame and it is himself. Kim Basinger’s priority remains her daughter’s well being.”

I wonder if these two have any idea what they are doing to their daughter?  It sounds to me as if they could both use a good dose of therapy – regardless of how “normal” they think they are.
